IDENTIFICATION AND RIGHT TO EJECT

Identification may be required of any person on school property. The Board, or its designee may refuse to allow persons having no legitimate business to enter school property, and may eject any undesirable person from the property upon the person's refusal to leave peaceably on request.

SAFETY STANDARDS

The Superintendent shall set standards for the safety and welfare of students, employees, and property including standards related to the operation and parking of vehicles on school property.

SECURITY PERSONNEL

The Superintendent shall require adequate numbers of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of students, staff and property at all times.
