SCHOOL MANAGEMENT

The Superintendent shall be the educational leader and chief executive officer of the School. Education Code 11.201(a)

The duties of the Superintendent include (in part) (see also BJA):

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the School as its administrative manager.
2. Preparing recommendations for policies to be adopted by the Board, and overseeing the implementation of adopted policies.
3. Developing, or causing to be developed, appropriate administrative regulations to implement policies established by the Board.
