Sara’s Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces pasta shells
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ΒΌ teaspoon garlic salt or pepper
- 1 (10-ounce) can condensed vegetable soup
- 1 (8-ounce) tomato sauce
Instructions:
- Cook pasta in boiling, salted water following package directions; drain.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown meat in margarine. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, soup, and tomato sauce.
- Stir in noodles.
- Place in greased casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven, and serve.
Serves 4.
