Migas
Ingredients:
- 5 corn tortillas
- 5 eggs
- ΒΌ butter
- Picante sauce, optional
Instructions:
- Tear tortillas into bite size pieces.
- In small bowl, beat eggs and set aside.
- Melt butter in large skillet.
- Stir in tortillas and cook about 1 minute.
- Add beaten eggs, stirring to scramble.
- Cook until done, about 3 minutes.
- Serve with Picante sauce, if desired.
