Matt 2726A Workshop for ESC Staff Participating in the DDCAL Pilot

October 13, 2017

Texas School for the Blind & Visually Impaired

James C. Durkel Conference Center

Register Now!

This event is the kick-off training for Education Service Center Staff participating in the DDCAL Pilot.  Your district teams do not need to attend.  This day will be devoted to filling you in on the details of the pilot, learn about the resources and supports available to you and the district teams, and provide an opportunity for you to meet with Outreach Programs staff who will work with you this year.

To get you out of Austin ahead of the traffic we will have a working luncheon.  Your registration fee will cover the cost of the meal.  Be sure to update your account profile if you have special dietary needs; we will do our best to accommodate them.  If you have dietary needs that require specific foods for medical reasons, please bring these with you as we cannot guarantee our food would meet your needs.

If you can please bring with you the following paperwork from your district team:

  • Student Profile
  • DDCAL Agreement
  • Team Member List
  • Any pertinent school records for your student(s) or notes that you might wish to share during planning
  • Signed media release forms for team members and your student
