Among the winners of the Association of Texas Photography Instructors Fall 1999 contest were TSBVI students Tommie Taylor and Shane Hill. After six hours of judging over 1350 entries from 33 schools, the judges selected 171 winners in this year’s contest.
Under the digital category Tommie Taylor received Second place and an Honorable Mention. Click on the picture to see full screen image 476k.
