Yeast Rolls (From baking mix)
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup warm water (not hot)
- 2½ cups baking mix
- 1 package yeast
Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in water. Add the baking mix and mix well.
- Knead about 1 minute on a board dusted with flour (or until smooth).
- Shape into rolls and put onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400degrees for 10-12 minutes.
