Baked Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven on 400 degrees.

Ingredients:

8 medium (1/2 -3/4 lb each) yams or sweet potatoes

Instructions:

Pierce potatoes in several places; place on baking sheet.
Cook uncovered until soft when squeezed, 50-60 min.

Serves 8 - Active Time: 5 min Total Time: 1 hour to 60 min
