Potato Salad
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs. Potatoes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped finely
- 1 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2-4 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika
Instructions:
- Peel and cut potatoes. Boil 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain.
- Chop pickles, onions, celery.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Sprinkle paprika on top, if desired.
Serves about 20-25 ½ cup servings.
