Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cut
- 1 stick butter
- ¾ cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Peel and quarter potatoes.
- Cook covered in a small amount of boiling salted water for 25 minutes.
- Drain.
- Add margarine.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Beat with an electric mixer on low speed.
- Beat in milk (add more if necessary) to make potatoes light and fluffy.
