Cheese Quesadillas
Ingredients:
- 10 large flour tortillas
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Grated cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend of cheeses)
Instructions:
- Sprinkle each tortilla with cheese and tomatoes.
- Fold in half and press edges lightly to seal.
- In a skillet, cook Quesadillas over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges.
