Gravy Mix (McCormick)

You will need:

• 1 envelope gravy mix (brown gravy, mushroom gravy, or onion gravy)
• 1 cup cold water

Directions:

1. Empty gravy mix into small saucepan.
2. With a whisk, gradually stir in water.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until gravy comes to a boil.
4. Simmer 1 minute or until thickened.
