Shrimp Spaghetti
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 lb. Shrimp, chopped
- ½ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 8-ounce pkg. Spaghetti, cooked
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Sauté garlic, mushrooms and shrimp in butter in large skillet over low heat for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Add spaghetti and cheese; toss gently.
- Cook until heated through.
- Serve with additional cheese.
