Oven fry (Seasoned coating for chicken)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

You will need:

• 6 to 8 pieces of chicken with or without skin.
• a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.

Instructions:

1. Moisten chicken with water only.
2. Empty coating mixture onto plate.
3. Coat chicken on all sides by pressing firmly into mixture. Discard any remaining mixture.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes (bone-in) or until cooked through.
5. Do not cover or turn.
