Chueletas De Puerco (Pork Chops)

Ingredients:

Instructions for Salsa:

  1. Peel and rinse tomatillos.
  2. Remove stems from the peppers. Peel garlic cloves.
  3. Put tomatillos, peppers, garlic, comino, tomato bouillon, cilantro and water in blender and blend. Let stand in blender.

Instructions for Meat:

  1. Brown pork chops in oil. After turning the pork chops, add diced onion. Let cook 2 minutes.
  2. Pour salsa and salt on top of pork chops.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
