Baked Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese

Instructions for Chicken:

  1. Place chicken in casserole pan.
  2. Cook according to preference below:

Microwave :

  1. Cook for 3 minutes; turn; cook at 1-minute intervals until done.

Conventional Oven :

  1. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Yield: 1 piece of chicken per serving

Macaroni and Cheese Dinner

Instructions:

  1. Bring to boil: 6 cups water 1 tsp. salt
  2. Add macaroni.
  3. Boil, without lid, for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain.
  5. Add: ¼ cup butter, ¼ cup milk, Sauce packet
  6. Mix well.
  7. Serve.

Yield: 3 servings
