Bean Tostadas
Ingredients:
- 8-10 corn tortillas or Tostada shells
- Oil
- 3 cups refried beans
- ½ lettuce head, shredded
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
Instructions:
- Place tostada shells on cookie sheet or plate. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons beans onto shell and spread evenly.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 300 degrees until cheese melts or microwave for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
- Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
