Hamburger Helper Four Cheese Lasagna
Stove top:
You will need:
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 cups hot water.
- For topping: ¼ cup milk
Directions:
- Brown hamburger meat in 10-inch skillet; drain.
- Stir in ¾ cup milk, hot water, Sauce Mix.
- Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in uncooked pasta.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 13 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken as it stands).
- Stir ¼ cup of milk and Topping Mix in bowl 30 seconds; set aside.
- Remove from heat. Pour topping over beef mixture.
Microwave:
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 ¼ cups boiling water
Directions:
- Crumble 1 pound hamburger meat into 2½ quart microwavable casserole or bowl.
- Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 5 minutes, breaking up beef after 3 minutes, until brown; drain.
- Stir in sauce mix, 2¼ cups boiling water, ¾ cup milk and uncooked Pasta.
- Microwave uncovered on High 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken as it stands). Dish will be hot.
- Meanwhile, stir in ¼ cup milk and Topping Mix in bowl 30 seconds; set aside.
- Pour topping over beef mixture.
