White Castle Microwavable Hamburgers

Directions:

Microwave Oven:

For best results, remove hamburger sandwiches from wrapper and loosely wrap in a paper towel.

  1. Place in center of microwave.

Cooking time (on High): For 2 thawed sandwiches, 35 seconds. For 4 thawed sandwiches 1 minute, ten seconds. For six thawed sandwiches, 1 minute forty seconds. For two frozen sanwiches, 1 minute. For 4 frozen, 2 minutes. For 6 frozen, 2 minutes and fifty-five seconds.

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Barely cover bottom of a broiler pan with steaming hot water.
  3. Place the slotted portion of the boiler pan on top of steaming water
  4. Remove frozen hamburgers from wrapper, separate, and place on slotted boiler pan.
  5. Cover hamburgers and slotted portion of broiler pan with fold and seal tightly.
  6. Heat for 15-20 minutes if frozen, 10-15 minutes if thawed.
  7. After heating, let pan sit for 2 minutes before removing foil.
