Swanson Fish Fillet w/Macaroni and Cheese and Green Beans (10 ounces)

Microwave:

1. Remove plastic film cover from fish. Poke holes in plastic over each remaining item.
2. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 4½ minutes.
3. Let stand 1 minute in microwave oven.
4. Stir macaroni and cheese before serving.

Conventional Oven:

Do not prepare in toaster oven.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Remove plastic cover from fish. Poke holes in plastic over each remaining item.
3. Place tray on COOKIE SHEET on middle oven rack. Bake 30 minutes.
4. Stir macaroni and cheese before serving.

NOTE: Temperatures above 350 degrees and/or failure to use a COOKIE SHEET may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven.
