Patio Cheese Enchilada Dinner

Microwave Oven:

  1. Cut and remove film cover from rice; slit film over entrée and beans.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 ½ minutes.
  3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes in microwave oven.
  4. Carefully remove tray and film cover as product will be hot; stir rice before serving.

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut and remove film cover from rice; slit film over entrée and beans.
  3. Bake on cookie sheet in center of oven 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Remove cookie sheet with tray from oven; let stand 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove film cover as product will be hot; stir rice before serving.

NOTE: Temperatures above 350 degrees and/or failure to use a cookie sheet may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven.
