Pagoda White Meat Chicken Egg Rolls

Directions:

Microwave:

(For 1 egg roll)

  1. Remove egg roll from carton and inner wrapper and place on microwave safe plate.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 1 ½ to 2 minutes.
  3. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

For each additional egg roll, add 30 seconds to cook time.

Conventional oven:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  1. Remove egg roll from carton and inner wrapper and place on baking pan.
  2. Place in the center of the oven. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes.

Deep Frying:

Preheat oil to 375 degrees.

  1. Remove egg roll from carton and inner wrapper.
  2. Place egg rolls in preheated cooking oil. Fry for 7 to 9 minutes.
