Hungry Man Angus Beef Meat Loaf

Microwave:

  1. Microwave on High 5 minutes.
  2. Turn back plastic cover; re-arrange meatloaf slices.
  3. Stir potatoes. Replace plastic cover.
  4. Microwave on High 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Let stand 2 minutes in microwave oven. Stir potatoes before serving.

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Poke holes in plastic over potatoes.
  3. Place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. Cook 40 to 45 minutes.
Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven; let stand on baking sheet 1-2 minutes. Stir potatoes before serving.
