Hill Country Fare Sliced Yellow Squash (16 ounces)
Stove top:
- Place frozen corn in 1/2 cup boiling water.
- Bring rapidly to a second boil.
- Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender, approximately 8 to 10 minutes, until tender.
- Drain.
- Season to taste.
Avoid overcooking.
Microwave:
- Place desired amount of frozen Sliced Yellow Squash in a covered microwaveable dish.
- Cover and cook on high setting 4 minutes.
- Stir and cook on HIGH another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Let stand covered, 1 minute.
- Drain.
- Season to taste.
