Hill Country Fare Corn Bread or Muffins, Corn Sticks and Chili Corn Muffins
Conventional Oven:
You will need:
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2/3-cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Empty package contents into medium size bowl.
- Add egg and milk.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Bake in greased 8-inch pan or muffin tin for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
HCF Corn Sticks
You will need:
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2/3-cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Empty contents of this package into medium size bowl.
- Add 1 slightly beaten egg, 1 Tablespoon sugar (if desired), and 2/3-cup milk.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Bake in greased, preheated corn stick pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
HCF Chili Corn Muffins
You will need:
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2/3-cup milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
- ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Empty contents of this package into medium size bowl.
- Add 1½ teaspoons chili powder, ¾ teaspoon garlic salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 1 slightly beaten egg, and 2/3-cup milk.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Bake in greased muffin tin 15 to 20 minutes.
