MUSTARD LEMON BREASTS
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 (6 ounces each) halved skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Mix first 5 ingredients.
- Add chicken breasts and let marinate for at least ½ hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
- Grill chicken for 3-1/2 minutes or until done.
- Remove and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
