Lemon Frosting

Ingredients:

• 2½ cups powdered sugar
• ¼ cup melted butter or margarine
• 1/8 teaspoon grated lemon rind
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon cream or evaporated milk

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.

If too thick, add a little more cream or milk. If too thin, add a little more powdered sugar.
