Chocolate Brownies (Using baking mix)

Ingredients:

• 2 squares unsweetened chocolate (2-oz.)
• ¼ cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1¼ cups baking mix
• ½ cup chopped nuts

Instructions:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt chocolate and butter. Mix in sugar, eggs, baking mix and nuts.
3. Grease bottom only of 8- or 9-inch square pan
4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
5. When cool, cut into squares.

Makes approximately 12 brownies.
