Apple Rings

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Beat baking mix, egg and milk with beater until smooth.
  2. Slice apples crosswise into 1/8" rings.
  3. Dip rings in batter.
  4. Cook on hot greased griddle until golden brown; turning once.
  5. Serve immediately with syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes about 24 rings
