Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease muffin pans or use paper baking cups.
  3. Blend together 1 package corn muffin mix, 1 egg, 1/3 cup milk. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
  4. Fill muffin cups ½ full.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
