Strawberry Muffin Mix (Hy-Top)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine muffin mix with ½ cup milk (whole or 2%).
  2. Stir slightly until blended. Do not over -mix.
  3. Distribute batter in a greased muffin pan (approximately ¾ full).
  4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes about 5 muffins.
