Betty Crocker Sour Cream and Chives Mashed Potatoes

You will need:

Microwave Instructions:

  1. Stir all in ingredients in microwavable bowl until moistened.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap, folding back one side to vent.
  3. Microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
  4. Whip with fork until smooth.

For stiffer potatoes, let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
