Betty Crocker Recipes
Betty Crocker Sour Cream and Chives Mashed Potatoes
You will need:
- 1 ½ cups hot water
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 pouch Potatoes & Seasoning
Microwave Instructions:
- Stir all in ingredients in microwavable bowl until moistened.
- Cover with plastic wrap, folding back one side to vent.
- Microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
- Whip with fork until smooth.
For stiffer potatoes, let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
