Scalloped Potatoes (Betty Crocker)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Empty potatoes and sauce mix into an ungreased 1½ -quart casserole dish.
  3. Stir in 2½ cups boiling water, 2/3-cup milk and 2 tablespoons butter.
  4. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender (30-35 minutes).
  5. Let stand a few minutes before serving.

Makes 6 ½-cup servings.
